Lib Assist is a Libyan Spanish Company dealing with MAPFRE Assistencia group that has a direct presence leading multinational insurance, reinsurance and Services Company founded in Madrid, Spain providing services world wide in 50 markets spread throughout four continents.
Lib Assist Company is looking for:
Finance Manager :
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/OBJECTIVES
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
Providing and interpreting financial information
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
Managing budgets
Acting according to corporate policies
Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
He / she will report to the General Manager and Finance Manager for Regional Directorate for Asia, Middle East & Africa in Headquarters
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2-4 years’ experience in auditing, or as finance department manager in an insurance or multinational company
Knowledge of the main tax lines and local regulations
Experience in the tasks of reporting, support to the management, (management control)
Experience in performing all kinds of tasks from detailed to more analytical work.
Knowledge of the Insurance area will also be valued.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
IT SKILLS
(programs and level required)
Basic knowledge of office automation tools (Excel)
Knowledge of SAP will be also valued.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English spoken and written.
